As Head of Creative at Winning Mark, I led the brand development and creative direction for Yes on 117, the ballot measure campaign to introduce Ranked Choice Voting statewide in Oregon. In a year with an unusually sparse slate of measures on the ballot, Measure 117 drew significant attention from voters and the media. In developing the Yes on 117 brand, I worked with stakeholders to understand their unique audiences and build buy-in, leading to a brand that could flex from memes to white papers.
